The standard engine with new 2013 Jaguar XJ-Series is the 3.0-Liter 340-horsepower V6. That is capable of giving 340 @ 6500 RPM. New BMW 7-Series is equipped with pretty similar heart, it got the 3.0-Liter 315-horsepower I6 motor. This great car gives 315 horsepower @ 5800 RPM. New Mercedes-Benz apparently is the strongest of them all, as its core is 4.7-Liter V8, capable of giving the power output of 407-horsepower, as well as the torque of 443 @ 1800 RPM. In terms of fuel economy all three cars are pretty equal. On average they all offer 16-17 mpg in the city and about 25-26 mpg on the highway.
