Convertibles are always quite a place to discuss, argue and just talk about. There are many problems and at the same time admirations connected to this type of car. As convertible car is a sort of a car that more of a upper-class people would be able to afford, and the question is not in its price, but in its relatively low functionality for the daily use. One will not be able to go with a convertible to a store to buy food for the week-period or to get a family and ride off to grandma. Therefore price is also quite high, starting with $45,000. Volvo got a good engine inside – the 2.5L 227hp I5, and BMW has the 3.0L 230hp I6. Even though the number of ponies offered by Volvo is less, it is still able to go further in terms of fuel economy, it offers you levels of 18 and 28 for the city and highway, while BMW can go at least 2 miles less per gallon.

So if we are to talk about these two particular models, we will say that Volvo did quite a good job bringing its model that high, so we give it the winner title.
