The difference in price of these two models is quite considerable as new Nissan will costs at least twice as much as Ford. New Maxima model is priced at the lowest $32,500, while Ford Fiesta has the price tag of $13,200. As the difference in price, the difference in engines is quite considerable: Nissan got the 290-hp 3.5-liter V-6 premium engine. Ford Fiesta is already far behind with its small 120-hp 1.6-liter I-4 regular gas engine. Both cars have 6-speed automatic transmission system. However, Ford Fiesta is far more economic than Nissan. It can go as far as 29 mpg in the city and 38-40 mpg on the highway, while Nissan goes just 19 mpg in the city and 26 mpg on the highway.
