SUVs are a growing market indeed, this can be traced from the sales of the automakers as well as from the official reviews and sources like the Statistical Press and articles. So now we will see the fight of two very important competitors in this segment: new 2013 Nissan Xterra and 2013 Toyota RAV4. Let’s bring it on!

The price of these two models is not that different from each other, new Nissan is available now for the price of $22,900, while new Toyota has an invoice rate of $23,300. Now let’s see what about the core of these two new models. Nissan decided to add some power to its Xterra and thus it now has a 4.0-Liter 261-hp V6 at the core, while new Toyota has only 2.5-Liter 176-hp I4. At the same time new Nissan is not that bad in terms of the fuel economy, offering 22 mpg in the city and 28 mpg on the highway, while Toyota offers you 24 mpg and 31 mpg respectively.
